What is Crazy KidMin?
I have had some questions about my goals and plans for Crazy KidMin and how we got started so I wanted to take some time to let you know a little bit more about Crazy KidMin.
How did I get started? My heart has been in children’s ministry for basically my whole adult life. I know the joys and struggles of the ministry and I want to help those with a similar passion.
I want to provide new resources and eventually a modular curriculum, but more than that I want to be a holistic resource for those in children’s ministry. I realize that we often go long periods without attending service, we struggle with balance between church, home, and sometimes another job, and we often forget to take care of ourselves. I want to support your ministry, spiritual life, health, and more. I also want to build a community of support around our mutual passion for God and His children.
So what can you expect to see in the future. Well, we are starting with a blog. We plan on adding to the blog every Monday(ish). The first Monday of the month will be about our spiritual life, as I believe our relationship with the Lord is the most important thing that we have. The second Monday of the month is for ministry topics or ideas. The third will be a product or resource we feel that you might benefit from in your ministry or life. The fourth will be about daily life. If there is a fifth Monday in the month that will be a random topic, like a book review, or maybe an overview of my plans for this website ;)
By 2024 We plan to launch a podcast, printable resources, and some online training courses. Eventually, We plan to launch a curriculum. The goal of the curriculum is to provide an expository curriculum that is modular so you can pick and chose what works for your ministry.
As I work to grow this ministry, please know that I am also taking care of a family, a ministry, and a full time job. So, if I am sometimes slower than I would like, I ask for a little grace and appreciate your patience or understanding.
This ministry is for you, so please share your ideas and thoughts through Facebook, Instagram, or email. I want to serve you in a way that is helpful. You can email me at Questions@CrazyKidMin.com
